Hey everybody, it’s Beerdy here. What’s going on, guys? Okay, so as you can see here I’ve completely remastered this footage this was black and white footage from 1969 and it was the first time Bruce Lee televised his speed and power demonstration.

So as you can see here, Bruce Lee is about to destroy a solid double-sided wooden oak board. Now, this is no prop guys, okay. This is a legitimate solid wooden oak board. Now Bob Baker was there. He saw this and he saw the solid oak board and he said the same thing, this is a legitimate solid two-sided wooden oak board. So no prop, no fakery, Bruce Lee legitimately destroyed that board using his one-inch punch.

Now I’ve tried this, guys. Now I have a strong guy, okay and I couldn’t manage to destroy that board with my punches. It simply didn’t work. So this just goes to show how incredibly strong Bruce Lee was and his one-inch punch technique how incredibly effective it was.

Now here he destroys the wooden oak board using his sidekick, okay. Now as you can see here, there is no leverage on that wooden oak board. It’s just hanging there. Now destroying a solid wooden oak board with no leverage, that is simply impossible. That shouldn’t work. But Bruce Lee manages to hit that board with such immense power and speed that it splits in half.
