“A Denver sheriff’s deputy has been suspended for 90 days after provoking a taekwondo style kicks and punches in a fight with an jail inmate.

Deputy Roberto Roena, 15-year department veteran, was punished for using excessive force, making inaccurate and misleading statements about the incident and conduct that “compromised the mission of the Department.”
