How to get the perfect Bruce Lee body? How do you improve imperfection? Better yet, how do you take someone as perfectly built as Bruce Lee and create a Bruce Lee workout worthy of his name? It’s a question whose answer would seem self-evident, a rhetorical query designed to determine the hubris of anyone who would needlessly try to fix something that isn’t broken. It’s easy to understand why so many people consider Bruce Lee perfect. Although he left us prematurely more than 40 years ago, there are a few people today not familiar with the martial arts icon. Through his movies, his martial arts innovation, and his physique, Lee’s legacy has continued to positively affect and inspire people around the world since his passing in 1973 at the age of 32.

Bruce Lee learned through combat that he needed to improve both his strength and conditioning to be a more effective martial artist. Although he used basic concepts like weights for strength, jogging for endurance, and stretching for flexibility. But how do you create a shredded Bruce Lee body? The Bruce Lee Diet
First things first, you can no doubt train a bad diet. Bruce Lee knew this and had a simple philosophy, he was all about eating just the right amount of food for your body. He was known to say not to eat too little and not to eat too much, to just eat what your body needs. Don’t worry too much about eating only healthy foods. Instead, just try to get 70% of your food from the earth; fruits, veggies, nuts, eggs, legumes, etc, and use the other 30% to eat whatever you want. It’s easy as that. Eat less calories than you burn in a day and you will get leaner and leaner until you start to look like our boy, Bruce. Not only will you get leaner, you will also notice that you will feel better and that it is easier to get into that hollowed state of mental flow.

One of the things that we found was that this guy didn’t really like dairy. In fact, the only times he consumed dairy was in his intense homemade protein shakes. He was known for creating nutrient-dense protein shakes from whey protein combined with fruits and vegetables, all smashed together to get its full micro and macronutrients. At this point, it might seem to you that Bruce Lee was a clean eating monk, never even once stepping outside the line. Lucky for us, this is not true. Bruce liked himself some fast food and believed that everything should be in moderation. He knew as we do that only eating the right amount of foods in the right amounts. 7 days a week, 365 days a year is not sustainable. That is why Bruce allowed himself a bit of a cheat every now and again, and you can too. Just keep it soon now and then and not every day.
