The transcript below is from the video “Top 10 Dumb Regular Guys Challenging Pro Fighters” by LISTertainment.

LISTertainment:

Welcome to the entrainment channel with the most deceptive name in all of YouTube. Today we are back with my longest lesson series. And that’s the one we’re normal guys try their hand fighting and professional already very highly trained fighter and get taught the video lesson, you suck. Nobody has ever told you that you suck so you think that you are good at it. But we should all take the time to record ourselves try to box or fight and see how much we actually suck. It’s pretty embarrassing. If you happen to enjoy this video, please give it a like and subscribe down below and make sure to turn on those notifications. Let’s get started.

LISTertainment:

10. Alain Ngalani

Let’s start with this video where we have the traditional martial artists challenging Alain Ngalani is a heavyweight fighter with training in a ton of different disciplines and it was the one type World Champion four times sea fighter.

[Commentator]:

“This is a camera rolling, born. Whoa, that was a really, really, really good trip”.

LISTertainment:

According to the video description in Ngalani stated the challenger didn’t want to wear any sort of gloves or protective equipment before the fight started. But as you can see, thank God, he agreed. This is a pretty light sparring session with a pro not really trying to hurt this guy. He just wanted to show him that he is nowhere near his level and he did it with a very simple trick, which the challenger kind of took it too far.

[Commentator]:

“The Fighter did not give the fighters lineage. But I think I know oh wow that hurt”

LISTertainment:

That was a great setup by the pro to go low for the first couple of shots to lowered his guard and then as soon as he did he landed the perfect headgear.

LISTertainment:

09. Regina Halmich

Regina Helmick was a pro boxer who only lost one time in a career in 2001. In the middle of her career, she had a promotional fight against German TV host Stefan Raab, and she crushed up. The referee actually wanted to stop the fight a couple of times, but kept being convinced by Rob to let it go on. She even broke his nose. They had a second fight in 2007, which is the year she retired.

Once again pretty beat. This guy was much bigger than her. He had the reach, but she kept using her amazing movement to get inside and then some very strong shots, including even hurting Bob at one point.

LISTertainment:

08. Uriah Hall

I will also be including somebody who’s on this list. We’re pro MMA fighters are sparring with his teammates and they end up hurting them with their obviously better skills. Like this one. We have Ryan Hall sparring against this guy was way below his level. And right there, that’s the face that says Oh shit, I just fucked up big time. Why did I try to show off against this guy? Let me just play it off. Like it’s all cool. All took it calmly at first, but those oohs and ahhs from the back got to him so he finished this session fast. That looked extremely painful. Pretty sure he got him right in the liver with brutal body kick. That’ll teach you to be humble when you’re sparring against a guy that can actually hurt you.

LISTertainment:

07. Jon Jones

Now we have the great Jon Jones and he sparring session with this unknown guy with a comments absolutely destroyed, calling him a weed dealer, and of course a hippie. Those are pretty funny.

[Commentator]: “I don’t mind doing that. Wow,”

LISTertainment:

That punch was a combination of a jab and a left hook, which is a damn powerful punch. He did catch that guy coming in. So that punch did have a lot more oomph to it. But it’s still impressive to knock out your opponent when you aren’t even going full out. This is a pretty old video before Jones was even recognized as one of the best way to fight in MMA. But the people in the gym could already see that he was going to destroy some guys in the future.

LISTertainment:

06. Alistair Overeem

We have Alistair Overeem once again going against a reporter who wanted to feel some of his moves. But this time it’s a guy so he can have his touchy feely moments with them. This reporter apparently had some grappling training because he was actually able to take down over it. But to be honest, the reporter was trying really hard while Overeem was just playing around. Also, this was supposed to be just a grappling session, but Overeem kept throwing punches. The punches really starting to get hard after Overeem was taken down though, and he really looked like you wanted to keep hitting them at the end, but played off like it was all cool.

LISTertainment:

05. Rudy Prieto

The train fighter here is an amateur fighter named Rudy Prieto. To be honest, is not that good. But the guy challenging him is the Instagram star supreme Patty, watching the actual fight. You would think that both of these guys have no training, but Beto still wins in the end. Whenever he decided to push the accelerator, he was able to land the better shots on Paddy. But once he got tired, he allowed Paddy to get in there and get some pretty good shots himself. I don’t know if this is a fight that should be on this list. But I had to include it just so we can all see a fight between these supposedly trained fighter and an Instagram star who can be quite annoying to be honest.

LISTertainment:

04. Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone

Like I am black shorts is Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and the guy in blue is some kid in the gym that was lucky enough to get a sparring session with him. But he will live to regret ever getting that great honor. I think when that kid who actually let’s like Charlie’s Elena decided to pull that quick move, or he turns around Cerrone and lends that punch to the head is when Cerrone decided that maybe it’s time to teach this lesson. And you can really see that in that smile right after. Ronnie just opened him up with that left hook to the body and propped him with a pretty soft kick to the head. Wow, what a great combination.

LISTertainment:

03. Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone

Ronaldo Sosa is an MMA fighter who has fought 35 times and only lost eight of them. So yeah, he’s pretty good. Here he is in the gym sparring with some guys. He just keeps putting them down. I think that most regular people feel that they can take a body shot and don’t really have to worry about covering up. But Sosa is teaching these guys that the body shots are just as valuable as the hits to the head. That last guy was humongous and it just took one punch to the body to put him down. Although he did receive a pretty good punch in the face right before that.

LISTertainment:

02. Carlos Condit

This is an awesome event where some MMA guys go over to Afghanistan to talk to the troops and they had a ring at the pace so some of the Armed Forces guys challenge the fighters. The good one here is when they challenge Carlos Condit and according to Michael Bisping, he said that the soldier s Condit how hard do you want to go? And Condit said I’ll hit you as hard as you hit me. And that’s when the soldier sucker punches Condit.

That was the hard punch and kinda had to shake his head in order to get his bearings straight. But once he did, he put on the show.

The soldiers receive training but the difference between them and the pro guys is still so immense, that Condit is able to knock him out extremely fast. I think that the soldier was shocked by cake that he never put his gloves back up and just took the right shot that put him out.

LISTertainment:

01. Black Belt in Taekwondo

We end with this fight between a guy who claims to be black belt in Taekwondo, but as soon as they touch gloves, it’s obvious that he has never been in an actual full contact fight.

[Commentator]:

“ETF Taekwondo that’s not good. He’s trying to WTF Taekwondo, it’s gonna get destroyed to get the strike. Oh,”

LISTertainment:

This guy got punched in the face and still didn’t put his gloves up. It’s almost like they taught him to not worry about what your opponent is doing. And just focus on your own moves, which is what we see at the end.

[Commentator]:

“Okay, he’s keeping distance good kick, kick. Oh.”

LISTertainment:

He got kicked. So he thought let’s prepare my own jumping kick. Not realizing that this is not the punching bag. And that’s something else is going to come back from that my tie guy. And that’s what happened when he knocked him out with a beautiful haircut. Holy shit. This is so horrible and so embarrassing. Alright, so guys, there might have been some disappointing ones on this list that come from sparring sessions, but the top two don’t disappoint at all. Those were some great moments where people learned very hard invaluable lesson. Don’t challenge pros. Thanks for watching this video. See you next time.
